Magroove pays artists according to the stores and streaming platforms' updates on your streaming and downloads reports. They usually take from 90 to 120 days to send us these reports as from the day the play or download happened. We know it takes too long, but there's nothing we can do about it. We can only assure you that as soon as we receive the reports, we pass them on to you, on your Earnings tab inside your Magroove For Artists account.

Once your report is updated, your royalties earned will also be updated, so you can retrieve your payment once your balance reaches the withdrawal threshold of USD 50. Withdrawals are only made via Stripe, no exceptions. If you don't have a Stripe account, check out our articles on what you can do about it.

If you're uploading with us for the first time, keep in mind that your release may take up to 4 weeks to be online on all platforms. And once it is online, you'll have to wait from 90 to 120 days for the DSPs (Spotify and other partners) to send us the first reports. Only then we can update your Earnings tab, and you will be able to see your releases' stats/earnings updated, and retrieve your payment.

If you've already requested your withdrawal, please note that it might take up to 1 week for it to be paid in your Stripe (https://stripe.com/) account. If more than 1 week has passed, and you haven't received anything from us yet, feel free to email us at support@magroove.com.
